These terms cover ordering from Back Home Bakery LLC through backhomebakeryco.com and the text messages we send about your orders. By ordering or making an account, you agree to them.

Orders are requests

Sending an order or a custom request asks us to bake it. Amanda confirms within 1–2 business days, with your pickup details. Large orders need about two weeks’ notice. Prices are as shown on the website when you order; custom orders are priced by quote.

Pickup

We’re a cottage bakery with no storefront. Pickup is by arrangement in Fort Myers / Gateway, FL, on the day we confirm with you.

Made in a home kitchen

Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations. Our kitchen is not allergen-free. Please ask us about allergens before you order.

Text messages

What they are. Back Home Bakery order updates: texts about your orders and custom requests, such as when we get one, when it’s confirmed, when it’s ready for pickup, and when we reply to you. We don’t send marketing texts.

How you join. Check “Text me updates about my orders” when you order or in your account settings. Agreeing isn’t required to order.

How often. About 2–5 texts per order. It varies with your order.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping. Reply STOP to any text to stop them. We’ll send one text to confirm, then no more. You can also turn texts off in My Orders, under Account settings.
